(Ju608) - Front Office Trainee

Scope of the Position

The student will join an international Front Office team in which they will be trained in Opera, Concept (golf and Spa reservation), LHW's standards, and 5-star hotel customer service.
They will work alongside other Receptionists to enhance their communication skills, customer service abilities, invoice issuing, inter-departmental relations, and organizational skills.
At the end of the internship, students will be able to provide 5-star LHW customer service, have a general knowledge of the Spanish Hotel Industry, enhance their organizational skills, and have a deep understanding of inter-departmental communication.


Duties and Responsibilities: Assist guests at the receptionAssist the Supervisor with any tasks required according to the service levelProvide 5* service, according to the LHW standards and valuesPrepare the room rack, invoices, and collaborate in daily tasks of Front OfficeCarry out daily tasks along with Concierge and BellboyProvide tourist information to guests and help promote the resort outletsAnswer the phone and deal with guests' requestsFollow the instructions of the supervisors and HoDsRequirements: Fluent in Spanish, English, and another European languageGreat communicative abilitiesIndependent workerAble to integrate into a multidisciplinary teamFlexibility and adaptabilityProactive and passionate about guest serviceNo previous work experience is requiredCandidate must be eligible for obtaining Spanish Visa – NIE to perform the working agreementRole: Front Office Trainee
