To go further, with Dior.YOUR IMPACTWithin the Digital Team, the CRM & Media Manager is in charge of ensuring marketing, communication, and commercial coverage towards developing the consumer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty of our customers.YOUR MISSIONAs CRM & Media Manager, you will be assisting the Digital Manager in building and implementing the loyalty program as well as designing the media plan.Your main assignment will be focused on:CRMYou ensure that Parfums Christian Dior brand image and visibility is optimized in all digital, CRM and online channels.You are the CRM & Digital Media marketing expert and key point of contact for all categories to build appropriate digital support plans for product launches, category support, and any other digital support plans needed.You ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel for our different sales channels: Ecommerce, El Corte Inglés and E-retail.You develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers and guarantee the fidelity of existing ones.You plan and manage multi-channel CRM marketing campaigns.You are close to the field and visit the shop floor to assist Retail Teams in recruitment & clienteling activations.You coordinate the launch of campaigns for our main retailer and evaluate the impact of the CRM plan.You suggest new methods and campaigns to address customer's needs.You track marketing metrics and trends (i.e., conversion rates and web analytics).You propose and implement promotional events to reach prospective customers.You conduct market research to follow trends and competition.MEDIA (ON & OFF)You define media budget as well as do the implementation and follow-up for all media channels: TV, Print, OOH and Digital.You recommend media spending/allocation on regular media planning or special projects for ATL/BTL.You coordinate with the other departments (eCOM, Merchandising, PR, Retail, etc) locally and with central to ensure alignment and correct implementation of every campaign.You build a strong partnership with appointed agencies challenging them to obtain the best possible outcome.You develop full paid social media calendar in line with assigned budget.Nice to have: Good knowledge and practical management skill on SEM performance and optimization skillset, to grow online business.Profile:- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or IT.- It is mandatory to have at least 5 years experience across CRM, Media & Digital Marketing.- Fluent in Spanish (working language) and English, French will be a plus.- Proficient in Adobe CRM platform, digital media formats, KPI's, SEO, Google Analytics.- Analytical thinker and creative problem-solving approach.- Customer and result oriented.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to lead and influence others with a positive attitude.
