Data integration project for a global insurance company. The project aims to onboard insurance data (i.E. premiums, claims, and exposure) from 12 countries into an existing data lake with a predefined data model. Besides data onboarding, we are mandated to introduce strong data integration best practices that can accelerate the onboarding of new data sources and build solid project organization and structure that ease future team augmentation. Joint Team with a partner (Zühlke Engineering).Technical Knowledge Required:Very good SQL knowledgeExperience with Azure DatabricksOptional: Apache SparkResponsibilities:We are looking for someone to work as Lead Business and Data Analyst, building mapping requirements, leading teams, and serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and data engineers.Skills:Solid experience with medium and large Data Integration projects and knowledge of data integration procedures, best practices, technology, and tools (SQL knowledge)Understands data structures and has the capability to shape data mapping requirementsCapable of identifying and shaping reusable assets that allow project delivery velocity to accelerateParticipates in quality assurance activities and ensures the mappings and data transformation rules produce the expected resultsCapable of guiding and supporting new team members onboarding (both other Business Analysts and new Engineers)Stakeholder management, especially when working with local stakeholders in the countries and the Product OwnerInsurance domain knowledge or readiness to absorb substantial domain knowledge in the area of insuranceVery organized & a strong team playerLeadership skills are a must; he/she will be leading teamsPay:Up to 95,000.00€ per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
