We are looking for an HR and Admin Coordinator to join our HR team. As HR and Admin Coordinator, you will manage the offices in Madrid and London; work closely with our HR team to ensure the smooth daily operation of the offices, including administrative support for employees, event coordination, HR assistance, and handling ad hoc projects and requests.
Responsibilities:
Administration and Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office operations closely working with the employees and with vendors and suppliers, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
New Employees Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new employees in Madrid and London, facilitating the integration into the team and company culture.
Recruitment coordination: Participate in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to scheduling and conducting interviews.
Events: Plan and execute team-building events, happy hours, and special gestures to foster positive teamwork.
Visits: Host guests on a global level, ensuring a good visit experience and coordinating logistics.
IT Support: Order IT equipment for new employees and collaborate with the IT department to address employee technology needs and ensure a smooth IT environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in office management roles - at least 3 years.
Past experience in HR roles, including employee engagement and hiring - an advantage.
High level of English and Spanish.
Great relationship skills.
Ability to work in a fast-scaling environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment, agility, and open-minded.
Work hybrid from the office, 3 days a week.
