WHAT YOU'LL DOCollaborate with Hiring Teams: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of each role, the function and how it fits into the organization.Market Intelligence: Gather market data to inform recruitment strategies, including talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
