About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered products, focusing on conversational AI assistants and chatbots.
You will play a key role in Uberall's mission to create smarter, more efficient solutions that drive customer engagement and improve the user experience.
Your responsibilities: Product Strategy: Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven assistants and chatbots tailored to Uberall's core platform and services.
Identify opportunities to enhance Uberall's offerings by integrating AI for improved customer engagement and local marketing impact.
Market and User Research: Conduct market research and user interviews to understand customer pain points and industry-specific needs.
Benchmark competitor AI solutions and stay informed about trends in conversational AI and NLP (Natural Language Processing).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Uberall's engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver seamless conversational AI experiences.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to align product goals with Uberall's overall strategy and objectives.
AI Model Integration: Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to identify AI models and frameworks that suit Uberall's product goals.
Define requirements for quality benchmarks, and AI performance metrics.
Execution and Delivery: Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features that enhance Uberall's platform.
Write clear and actionable product requirements, use cases, and user stories tailored to Uberall's client needs.
Optimization and Iteration: Monitor product performance, user engagement, and conversational metrics post-launch.
Continuously refine and improve AI interactions based on analytics, client feedback, and business priorities.
Desired profile: Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, chatbots, or SaaS technologies.
Proven track record of launching and scaling AI-powered products or conversational systems.
