Customer Support fluent in Italian and English Location: Valencia, Spain

We incorporate telemarketers to assist electric car users at the refueling points of an important company in the renewable energy sector.
Customer service will be in Italian and communication within the service is in English.
Responsibilities:Address and resolve inbound customer support inquiries in a timely manner.Handle inbound calls from customers on a variety of service and product concerns or inquiries.Work towards set targets and KPIs.Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively, completing a full investigation when required.Requirements:Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer, and customer experience.Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.Fluent in Italian and C1 in English.Salary: 18,000.00€ - 21,000.00€ gross per year DOE for 39 hours/week.
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, rotation shift (38h per week).
