The candidate will actively participate in the technical design and architecture of the application or its components, propose appropriate solutions, and promote the reusability of existing components while working in a collaborative environment. The candidate should have deep knowledge of systems and applications under their control, manage changes, and collaborate in the technical and architectural design, analysis, and implementation of approved projects.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablishing initiative specifications and technical direction.Fostering the use of existing frameworks, technical standards, and procedures.Overseeing software quality and system modifications.Guiding team members with troubleshooting technical issues.Ensuring Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) are properly considered for sustainable, scalable, and resilient products.Establishing a continuous improvement approach on delivered products.Ensuring IT Application Life Cycle standards are met in ongoing enhancements and maintenance.Aligning application changes with the application strategy and technology roadmap.Identifying and managing risks and issues associated with the application.Setting the technical direction of a product/application, being its technical owner.Ensuring maximum operational availability and stability.Maintaining cost efficiency.Your Skills and ExperiencesEnglish and Spanish proficiency required.Technical guidance and decision-making skills.Experience and solid knowledge of software engineering, systems testing, design patterns, and software architecture.Experience in application solutions from a technological perspective, with the ability to understand key aspects of technical platforms and infrastructure.Development background and demonstrated experience as an analyst.Experience in analyzing existing systems from high-level architecture to application code review.Experience with technical documentation, architectural diagrams, components, flows, and use cases.Demonstrable DevOps-oriented mindset.
