The EUCO STVM Shift Manager will help drive operational excellence on a day-to-day basis and work with internal and external stakeholders to develop best-in-class processes and tools to drive optimal volume flow through the European AMZL network.
As a STVM Shift Manager, you will focus on key KPIs such as forecast accuracy for volumes, SPR, on-road minutes, cycle adherence in stations, and more. Process adherence/improvement will play a key role in deliverables to both our Delivery Station and Delivery Service Partner Management team. You will be responsible and accountable for daily metrics, driving program scoping, roll-out, compliance/monitoring, and stakeholder experience.
In addition, as EUCO sits at the crux of multiple Amazon teams, you will be instrumental in developing best practices and standard work for the existing and expanded EU network, including new country launches.
