Java Software Architect

Job Responsibilities
Our client is a digital consulting firm focused on helping clients:

Design and build new digital products

Plan and execute digital transformation programs

Build, scale, and maximize the performance of digital teams

Now they are looking for a Software Architect to join their Barcelona team. In this role, you will design technical solutions, lead the software development teams that use different Java applications and web technologies, and support to all phases of the development lifecycle (from gathering technical requirements to deploying in the productive environments).

Skills Required
Requirements

Must have skills:

+10 years of experience in software development

+7 years of experience with Java

team player

self-motivated

excellent written and verbal english communication skills

proactive approach to communicate with clients and anticipate issues

high impact and entrepreneurial personality

solid understanding of fintech industry or payments

flexibility to travel to the UK

Good to have skills:

experience of working in banking, financial sphere
