- Implement and customize core insurance systems such as Guidewire, TIA or INSIS
- Develop our own systems as a part of internal R&D team
- Design IT solutions and prepare the documentation
- Create unit tests
- Cooperate directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team We bet on you, so we expect you to:
- Know French or German at least at B1/B2 level
- Have min. 1 year of commercial experience as a Java developer
- Have a good understanding of OOP, design patterns, clean code and best practices
- Understand software engineering
- Have good command of English (min. B2) and communication skills
- Be available for full-time We'd appreciate if additionally you:
- Knew software development best practices
- Were open to learn new technologies and solutions
- Had teamwork skills and experience
