Job Summary
We are looking for a PO to help transition our business from its existing work practices to infusing a real agile understanding from the top-down.
You will coach, mentor, and guide our people to figure out the best solutions for their specific department challenges.
You will analyze the organization's existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies.
Responsibilities 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner / Business Analyst role with experience in one of these products: fraud assisted channels, digital channels, deposits.Technical background with experience in the development world, ideally knowledge of APIs (being able to read and understand logs and review code).Language: English and Spanish.Knowledge of bank Customer/Onboarding.Use of Jira, Confluence, and Postman.Experience in projects under Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.
).Good communication skills to work collaboratively in a team.Experience working with cross areas of the company (Legal, Compliance, Product, etc.)
to translate their needs/specifications into functional requirements of the product.Experience in effective communication with digital stakeholders: It is important that the candidate has experience in maintaining fluid and transparent communication with all digital stakeholders including clients, development teams, financial teams, and regulators ensuring a shared understanding of the requirements, expectations, and progress of the digital project.Technical experience in collaboration with developers and APIs understanding of cloud architecture and data modeling.Requirements gathering, planning, team sizing, tracking team developments, preparation, monitoring and validation of testing, packaging requirements for uploads to Pre/Pro environments, incident management, internal reporting and monitoring of KPIs.Nice to have: Working hours from Spain.
