As we delve into extensive research and testing, we are on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to define our user acquisition strategy and propel our games to new heights.Your RoleAs a Marketing Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to learn and contribute to App Store Optimization (ASO), player acquisition and engagement strategies.
You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining invaluable experience in a supportive and engaging setting.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist in implementing and executing growth strategies for player acquisition across multiple channels, including above-the-line (ATL) advertising, influencer campaigns, and paid media in Western markets.Support efforts to expand the presence and user base of FunPlus games, contributing to improved conversion rates and revenue in main Western markets.Help optimize app store listings for FunPlus games to improve visibility and conversion rates through ASO best practices.Collaborate with analytics, tech, and brand teams to support processes and infrastructure necessary for campaign execution.Help define and track KPIs for campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall objectives for each game.Participate in analyzing campaign performance, documenting insights, and identifying best practices for future campaigns.Assist in developing KPIs for external partners to set expectations and goals.Your ProfileInterest in growth marketing or performance marketing.Keen to learn about building traffic sources beyond traditional digital marketing channels.Basic understanding of paid media or social paid media campaigns, and their KPIs is a plus.Strategic thinker with a willingness to engage in hands-on tasks.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Data-oriented with a desire to learn how to leverage data in decision-making.Strong written and oral communication skills in English.Interest in the gaming industry.Perks of Your New AdventureThis position could be either part-time or full-time, depending on if you have already finished your studies.This is, of course, a paid position
