What is this job about?
: In this position as Performance Marketing Manager, your goal is to improve the brand awareness of the company and its user acquisition.
On a daily basis, you will take responsibility for all the digital paid media advertising and manage the full funnel from creating a strategy to optimising the campaign to obtain the best results.
Your challenges: Manage the full funnel (from scratch) of all the paid media campaigns (search, social media, Amazon ads) and deliver a detailed report Obtain a deep understanding of the company and their competitors and create a benchmark sheet Recommend channel, budget and targeting strategies based on the market research and benchmark sheet Track and optimise the budget for all digital paid campaigns based on the market strategy Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to optimize ads and landing pages to improve the overall customer journey Create and run paid campaign tests for continuous improvement and new market insights Who is this job made for?

What do you need to apply?
: Language skills: fluent level in English (C2) Minimum 3 years of working experience in creating and monitoring full-funnel of digital ad campaigns Minimum 2 years of working experience in Google Ads and Google Shopping Minimum 2 years of working experience in Social Media paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc) Ability to use Google console and Google analytics Excellent knowledge and technical understanding of analytical tools such as pixels and tagging Basic understanding of attribution modelling Ability to identify new trends and actionable insights in the market Working mindset: Analytical mindset Highly motivated & creative Detail-oriented You're a natural leader Team player Extra points if you have...
Experience working with Amazon Ads or other ads platform Experience in planning & executing omnichannel media campaigns Experience working with tools like Kenshoo/Skai, HotJar, Helium10, SEMrush, social listening tools Fluent in Spanish or other languages Important: For this position you will need to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
