What we offerWe offer a Supply Chain FP&A position in the FP&A Corporate team, based in the headquarters in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat to cover a paternity leave. Reporting directly to the Operations FP&A Corporate, you will be working side-by-side with the Supply Chain department, a very dynamic and innovative team that operates in different geographies (continental Europe and UK) through different channels (Grocery, Specialist and e-commerce) and different Routes-to-market (direct and indirect distribution).What you will doAs a Supply Chain FP&A Manager you will be working side-by-side with the Supply Chain department, becoming its business partner, and with the FP&A Operations Corporate. For that, we need to cover the following areas:Understand company operations and its financial impactsCarry on closing processes and monthly reportingAnalyze cost deviations compared to budget/estimatesParticipate in the budget/estimate process together with the Supply Chain teamParticipate in the area projects ensuring a correct tracking and helping the team find new opportunitiesBe the person of contact of FP&A for Supply Chain across geographiesImprove BI tools to meet department requirementsWhat we are looking forYou have a minimum of three years of experience in Supply Chain controlling in complex multinationals with different routes-to-market and geographiesExcellent analytical and organizational skillsGood command of Microsoft Excel, Hyperion Essbase, SAP, SAC, Power BIProactivity, Hands-on energy and adaptability to changeAbility to work in teams and communication skillsCuriosity & high learning capacityAbility to work with details and with a general overviewEnglish is our main language.
