We believe that creating original content will help us delight and win over local audiences while also building love for Netflix around the world. This is a full-time fixed-term contract position located in Madrid for maternity cover.
What will you do? Play a key role in building strategic and creative marketing campaigns for the international launch of the Netflix TV series produced in Spain;
Write briefs to guide the global creative process and align internal marketing teams on goals and overall strategy for the launch;
Develop the creative campaigns, manage workflows, and produce required marketing shoots;
Oversee the creative direction and execution and production process across all channels with our partner agencies and internal stakeholders (AV, key visuals, media assets);
Build relationships and establish trusted partnerships with talent agencies;
Partner closely with your cross-functional partners in Spain like Content and Product teams, Publicity and Regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns connect with audiences on a local and global level;
Collaborate with our world-class product creative team to integrate our originals marketing campaigns ideas within the member product experience.
Requirements Minimum 8 years of previous experience in building strategic insight-led 360 consumer marketing campaigns, preferably with a background in entertainment, global lifestyle, or renowned creative agency;
A history of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external partners;
Previous experience producing/managing photo/AV shoots;
Fluency in English and Spanish is a must;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Previous international working experience is preferred.
