**Our opportunity**The Reporting Data Analyst reports to the Head of Reporting & Analytics which is part of Operations. In this role is responsible to build and maintain reports and analytics products leveraging a broad set of customer, user, and business data. These products are consumed by our customers and partners and a variety of stakeholders across the LiveWell business.As a Senior expert you will collaboratively support and coach junior colleagues without formal leadership responsibilities.**Your role****As a Senior Reporting Data Analyst your main responsibilities will involve**:- Create enterprise-wide viewpoints on data and insights- Frame,problem solve and develop analyses to support strategic executive decisions- Work on a consistent approach to measuring metrics/KPI across the business- Maintain existing report and analytics products using existing tool chain (SAP HANA data platform, various external data sources, SQL, Power BI)- Create new data analysis and insights leveraging SAP Data Intelligence, Python, visualization through Power BI and data stories- Collaborate with IT colleagues on functional aspects related to the data platforms, data sourcing and transformation (ETL) to build data foundation.- Work with a multi-disciplinary team including Product, Operations, IT to optimize and automate reporting and analytics products.- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientist on AI/ML opportunities to drive, automate and mature the LiveWell business- Implement and maintain master data management approaches, principles and processes.**Your Skills and Experience****As a Senior Reporting Data Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:- 6+ years of relevant experience in data,reporting and analytics roles with proven track record of delivering impactful results.- Background in digital products and Health / Wellbeing is a plus- Customer-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile in meeting customer needs- Ability to present complex information in a simple and engaging way, whilst making insightful recommendations.- Self-starter mindset to proactively identify opportunities and tackle them.- Clear passion for Health and Wellbeing services that improve people's lives, longevity, and health- Understanding of the evolving landscape and future needs within Health and Wellbeing services and digitalization.- Encourages creativity and entrepreneurship and sizes opportunities to innovate and create value**Additional Information****As well as a competitive salary and a yearly bonus we offer benefits package which includes**:- Option to work remotely within Spain even up to 100% - you choose- Flexible working hours- Wide range of internal and external trainings- Free English, German and Spanish classes depending on the needs- Ticket restaurant- Life Insurance- Pension Plan - after 1 year in the company- Referral bonus if you bring other talented people like you- Special banking and insurance conditions- Exclusive Employees discounts**Who we are**Looking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?
