Join our global TUI Musement team within our specialist business brand Intercruises as a Port Operations Billing Supervisor where you will work in close collaboration with both the Port Operations team and the accounts payable team of the cruise company.
Based in Palma de Mallorca, you will oversee a team, distributing workloads between the team members as per business needs, detecting bottlenecks in the process which create delays and maintain an effective invoicing process.
Intercruises Port Operations is a specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world.
ABOUT THE JOB The Billing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising reporting Billing Agents and distribute the workload according to the business needs.Responsible for reconciliations of supplier's statements supporting TUI's P2P department.Organize backup documentation from the ships' calls.Generate/send invoices to ship-owners and solve any query/dispute that may be raised.Responsible for setting up the invoicing priorities.You will conduct an effective billing process and backup.Actively support the finance and port agency teams, with general office administrative duties. ABOUT YOU Good academic background, with strong experience in administration.Previous experience in ship industry working in finance and invoicing departments.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.Strong prioritizing and organizational skills.Good office administration and organizational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
