Location: Barcelona. Travel expected a few times per month within Spain.
Mission: The HEAD OF SALES, based in Barcelona and reporting to the Country Manager, will focus on indirect customers to improve sales, turnover, and service levels by continuously striving for excellent customer service. The role involves working closely with the Managing Director and other colleagues to contribute to the strategic direction of the company and create a stimulating and developing atmosphere for the Sales Team while cooperating with stakeholders in the company.

Functions and Responsibilities:Play a key role in the development of partnerships and negotiation of strategic agreements to maximize the potential of the company and the customer.Lead and manage the Sales Team in Spain.Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.Communicate internally the established agreements.Write strategic and operational account plans.Achieve sales targets by account.Manage sales statistics for National Accounts.After approval, initiate, advise, and execute the Sales Strategy regarding National Accounts.Assist branch managers with local sales when needed.Other responsibilities and authorities according to the authorization instructions and other instructions for the company.Competencies:Global and Business Vision.Customer focus (internal/external).Partnership Building.Commercial and service-oriented attitude.Analytical and accurate.Sense for human relationships on different levels, empathic and social.Able to take initiative, be innovative, and be creative.Focus on results.Flexible and able to cope in a pressurized environment.Strategic thinking.People developer.Experience:More than 5 years of sales experience/dealing with customers business to business.Account Management.Service-related experience with Insurance, Fleet, and Lease.Experience working in international companies.Training:Secondary education (High School Graduation) and/or Business-related/University degree.Languages:Spanish & Catalan.Fluent English (negotiation level).
