Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to promote and sell services.Build, manage, and update a comprehensive customer database.Strengthen existing client relationships while acquiring new customers.Document call outcomes and detailed customer responses.Maintain consistent follow-up with customers.Analyze competitors' offerings and develop effective sales strategies.Address customer needs and inquiries.Provide solutions to resolve customer concerns. RequirementsProficient in Dutch (C2 level) and fluent in English.Proven sales experience.Familiarity with CRM tools.Strong verbal and written business communication skills.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a team-driven environment.Confident, proactive, and motivated to meet and exceed targets.Capable of working independently within a collaborative team structure.Strong analytical skills to assess various business models.Customer-focused, aiming to deliver an excellent customer experience.
