About the Role:Confluent is looking for a motivated, dependable and driven individual for the [Region] Regional Workplace Supervisor to hit the ground running within our fast-paced and expanding business. As a Regional Workplace Supervisor for EMEA, you will be tackling multiple tasks, managing high-level projects and overseeing day-to-day functions.
Who You Are:Manage EMEA Remote Experience and In-Office Operations inclusive of tickets, communication, and project management/execution.In-Office manage [region] facilities, operations, food & beverage, access and physical security, events, and perk management.Manage the [region] Remote-First employee experience by launching innovative ways of fostering collaboration.Manage Workplace and employee safety by staying up to date on local covid-19 guidelines and regulations, including Return-to-Work, related to workplace safety and maintaining a safe and secure workplace and act as the Safety Officer for the office.Build relationships and be the go-to person for employees and property management.Create, track and manage budget for all [region] locations.Deliver on ad-hoc organizational, special, or process improvement projects.Project manage facility, real estate, and Workplace-related projects to define scope, develop plans, budget, create and maintain proper tracking procedures and follow through to completion.Serve as the workplace contact to all visitors and employees, representing Confluent and our office culture with professionalism and top-tier customer service.What We're Looking For:Min. 4 years of Workplace, Operations, or related experience.Project management experience and able to prioritize, multitask and pivot.Prior experience with EHS, Facilities, Operations.Hyper organized and great attention to detail.Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to support a global team (as applicable).Passionate about workplace and values operational excellence.25% travel required (when safe).Fluent in Spanish and English.What Gives You An Edge:1-3 years of experience using security tools such as AlertMedia and Brivo.First Aid/Fire Marshall Certification (or equivalent).Come As You AreAt Confluent, equality is a core tenet of our culture.
