Essential Responsibilities:Receive, track, analyze, and/or organize command taskers and special projects, as assigned.Support record-keeping functions in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) requirements.Support Defense Travel System (DTS) activities as DTS Non-Approving Entry Agent or Reviewing Official—as designated.Track statuses and communicate training requirements for command personnel.Assist with command Operations Center reports and briefs.Assist with conducting a daily review of SIPR message traffic and updating the SIPR CASREP database.Assist with updating Force Laydown reports and Fleet Technical Support (FTS) job assignments.Assist departments with warehouse management and inventory control of equipment and tools.Assist regional METCAL coordinator with tracking FDRMC calibration statuses.Assist in tracking, integrating, and scheduling special project FDRMC-supported work with the cognizant Maintenance Teams (MT) to reduce perturbations of planned and unplanned ship(s) repair schedules.Assist in building, maintaining, and analyzing an overall Schedule of Events for the organization.Assist managers with planning, prioritizing, and allocating resources.Minimum Requirements:5 years of job-related experience.Significant experience managing programs and/or projects in a variety of fields.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently.Knowledge of DoD classification derivation policies.Knowledge of DoD cyber-security policies and procedures.Knowledge of JFMM CASREP handling procedures contained in COMUSFLTFORCOMINST 4790.3.Must have an active secret US government clearance.Note:US citizenship is required to maintain a secret clearance.Preferred Experience:Regional Maintenance Center/NAVSEA enterprise experience is a plus.Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
