Our mission is to support our customers according to their language needs and provide valuable experience and guidance to navigate them through their localization projects successfully.As a Localization Project Manager (m/f/d) in our Jerez office, you will help to achieve that excellent service level to our valued customers.Your responsibilities:Managing localization projects from start to finishCommunicating proactively with customers across different time zones to ensure effective collaborationManaging relationships with customers, freelancers and internal resources in order to build trust and reliabilityGuiding customers through their projects by providing expertise, insight and competenceCoordinating internal and external resources for high-quality and on-time deliveriesAnalyzing source files to identify potential risks and creating solutions to prevent any potential issuesCalculating and analyzing project setups in order to adhere to quoted budgetsReviewing customer feedback, troubleshooting all project-related issuesOrganizing trainings and meetings for linguistic teams based on feedbacks to develop improvements and setting up optimized processesAt Rheinschrift Language Services, we offer more than just a job – we provide a dynamic and enriching career opportunity.
