We are looking for a versatile, passionate, determined and enthusiastic Chief Happiness Officer - HR Manager to take care of Yuki's BCN People & Office, with a team of a Talent Acquisition and an Office Manager. (including English and Spanish lessons).Medical & Dental coverage.Gym discount.A hybrid model of remote work.Your knowledge and experience+5 years of experience in Human Resources and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Labour, Business Administration or similar.Experience in people management.Experience in a Software Development company and Agile methodologies environment would be a big plus.Your personal skillsYou are a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.You take ownership of HR projects and employee initiatives, pushing them through to completion.You are an enthusiastic, quick thinker and always looking to improve processes.You bring value by helping the company deliver its goals and objectives on a daily basis.You are very discreet and trustworthy: you will often be a party to confidential information.All the applicants must have an EU work permit.
