The Patents and Trademarks Technician will ensure that the administration of the Grifols Intellectual Property Department runs smoothly and efficiently.
Adheres to Intellectual Property policies at Grifols and works to meet internal/external deadlines that the department has.
What your responsibilities will be:You will complete administrative requests as required by the Intellectual Property Department and Scientific and Innovation Office.You will manage the electronic filing of documents.You will proceed with the invoicing.You will prepare summaries and case statuses.You will be working with internal clients to obtain instructions on patents and trade matters.You will be working with external lawyers to manage administrative patent and trademark matters in Grifols.Who you are:You hold a Bachelor's Degree.You bring 5+ years' experience working in a similar role.You are fluent in Spanish and English.You have strong MS Office skills.You have excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.You have the ability to be a team player and work effectively with cross-functional teams.What we offer:Temporary positionFlexible schedule.Flexibility for U Program.Benefit package.This is a brilliant opportunity for you.
