Candidate Profile
* Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Energy Engineering
* Between 4-8 years of experience in PV Plants and Grid connection Facilities.
* Microsoft Office package skills (Word, Excel, MS Project) is a must.
* PVsyst and AutoCAD skills are a plus.
* English and Spanish language proficiency; French is a plus.
* The following soft skills will be a plus: team spirit, problem-solving, communication.
Activities
* With the support of the Deputy PMO, the Senior PM will coordinate with the resources assigned to the projects (procurement, HSE, technical, permitting, etc.) to reach the highest standards and achieve the COD & PAC as planned.
* Monitor the EPC Contracts in terms of schedule, cost, and scope.
* Monitor compliance with the EPC contract annexes to achieve milestone requirements.
* Coordination with local authorities to comply with permitting requirements; face-to-face meetings may be required.
* Report periodically on the progress made.
* Lead weekly & monthly meetings with the EPC contractor, Owners Engineer, HSE responsible, and other project stakeholders.
* Regular domestic trips.
