Job DescriptionThe Sales Representative develops and grows mutually beneficial customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, clinical and hospital administrators, maintaining existing NV customer contacts and KOL relationships and approaching competitor customers with a specific account plan, in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
TASKSProduct Presentation & Customer Education: Educate customers on all NV products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings. Prepare, plan and implement training and product demonstrations in-house. Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, marketing strategies as well as advanced clinical knowledge of the neurovascular field.Customer Management: Responsible for sales target achievement in geography of responsibility. Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account. Maximize customer case support through proper planning and scheduling techniques. Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team as well as the support team and other internal and external partners. Responsible for ensuring supply of required products in Hospitals (depends per country). Responsible for the tracking and maintenance of consignment warehouses in Hospitals (depends per country).Business Planning: Analyze data from company systems. Responsible for analyzing the market in which they work: optimizing territory plans by consistently tracking market information, using data systems to run analysis on accounts/cost & impact decision making in accounts. Collaborate with local Marketing to implement strategies in the field. Cross business unit collaboration. Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment. Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during stressful interactions.Compliance Tasks: Maintaining Safe Fleet standards according to Company guidelines. Follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices. Responsible for ensuring personal compliance with all Company regulations, policies, and procedures.QualificationsRequired: University degree in natural- or neuro science (i.e. medical, psychology, chemistry, biology, pharmacy) or similar qualification or experience.Sales impact and results orientation.Successful track record in sales.Clinical selling skills.Outstanding communication skills with the ability to lead and guide physicians through complex procedures.Ability to initiate and drive projects from development through to implementation and completion.Positive thinking and solution-oriented approach.Can-do attitude and high level of self-drive.Team and customer-oriented approach.Open, friendly and very active personality.The ability to travel related to this role is required.
