The role: Through our IT Asset Management Services (ITAM), we enable accelerated decision-making and innovation that allow companies to move at the speed of their customers. By providing intelligent data & connected digital insights, we help our customers connect IT investments to Business Outcomes, while optimizing spend and managing commercial risk. Through our ITAM Services we can see and understand how organisations use, spend and manage their software estate. This enables us to pinpoint optimization and risk areas, as well as allowing us to have conversations around workload, DC and app migration projects.
Do you want to be part of our ITAM Team? You will receive training with our senior consultants and in the short term you will be able to manage small-size projects with the supervision and help of our IT Asset Management team, currently formed by seven consultants with different skills and specialization.
What we need to see from you: We are looking for someone with a good attitude and aptitude, with a basic knowledge of several areas of IT (communications, database, scripting, etc).Technology basic skills regarding system platforms (MS & Oracle), client & server and midrange environment.Understanding of IT environments/infrastructure.English Language B2+Office tools capabilities (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).SoftwareONE will train you on licensing concepts, understanding of all SAM Tools in the market and to be able to advise customers on the best fit (functionality and utilization). Over the next months, you will learn:
To install and run SAM managed services solutions (Excluding tool deployment 'SNOW/Flexera etc).Executing SAM projects, rollout and transfer of a running system to large and complex customers.Create documentation and reporting standards for SAM Engagements.Analyze and advise large / complex customers on licensing contracts.Are you interested?
