Job DescriptionFor their office in Barcelona, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for their German customer base.
ResponsibilitiesTelephone sales to a defined customer base.Cultivation, expansion, and renewal of existing customer contacts.Active demand/business needs generation with the aim of selling the entire product portfolio.Conducting/executing sales campaigns.Documentation of essential conversation content in the CRM system and offer tracking.Contact existing and assigned customers from the region to sell the whole product portfolio including licenses, support, services, and training.Identify new opportunities with existing customers.Generate quotes, negotiate with customers, and close deals.Handle subscription renewals for the region and assigned customers.Coordinate with Sales Account Managers and CM to achieve target renewal rates as set by the CM.Preparation of quotations and offers.Source new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs through consultative selling.Identify key players and generate interest.Tight collaboration with field sales, closing meetings for them and providing sales support when needed.Follow up on implementation and service delivery to ensure invoicing of services.RequirementsCompleted commercial education.Comfortable on the phone with experience in B2B sales (SaaS background is a plus but not required).Sales background of at least 2 years.Personality with persistence and very convincing telephone skills as well as excellent communication and negotiating skills.Excellent Italian and English (C level) skills, both written and spoken.BenefitsBe part of a stable and growing company.Work in a multicultural environment.Market-based basic salary with bonus scheme.Growth opportunities.Location: Barcelona (Spain) - Partial hybrid is an option.
