We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.In the IT Logistics, Quality & Operations applications department, we are looking for a Team Manager to lead the Quality related Applications team in IT.What your responsibilities will beLead the team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality applications.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the IT Quality Applications team is meeting the needs of the business, being aligned with Business Units goals.Align the team results to the strategic objectives.Managing the budget for the IT Quality Applications team.Lead the IT Quality Applications projects pipeline.Ensure that resources are used effectively, and mentoring and developing team members to ensure that they are reaching their full potential.Be the main direct responsible and team representative of the IT Quality Applications.Work and define the roadmap for continuous product enhancement and product innovation inside IT Quality Applications.Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
