What you'll be doing:Be part of the IT operations and user support team; this includes helpdesk, system engineering, access management, device management, technology procurement, onboarding, and offboarding processes.Automation: Offering guidance and support for streamlining routine tasks, promoting a more efficient workload, and enhancing scalability.Testing and evaluating new technologies.Create and uphold comprehensive documentation for supported applications, processes, and training materials.Help maintain and improve our cloud infrastructure and collaborative solutions (Okta, Jamf/Intune, Google Workplace, Bitdefender, Aruba Networking, Slack).Lead and collaborate on corporate IT projects and goals.Engage in collaborative efforts to define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).Work closely with the team to enhance end-user support.Basic knowledge and understanding of AV/VC equipment (Neat Zoom, Logitech) and networking infrastructure (wired and wireless).What you need to succeed:5 years of experience within a similar scope.Experience working with cloud infrastructure tools for corporate use (Okta, Jamf, etc.
