It Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist based in the Málaga area to our Mijas office. This role is ideal for experienced IT professionals as well as junior candidates eager to expand their expertise. If you have a passion for IT, a proactive mindset, and an interest in working with Odoo ERP system and Shopify e-commerce platform, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networksSet up, configure, and maintain IT infrastructureSupport and maintain Odoo ERP and Shopify platformDocument technical problems and solutions for future reference.Assist with IT security protocols and data protection measures.Collaborate with internal teams to improve ERP workflows and optimize system performance. Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support or a related field.Experience with Shopify and/or Odoo is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android systems.Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.Valid driver's license and ability to travel when required.Located in the Málaga area.
