Putting values first, you'll support the building of the payroll product as we grow, delivering both an employee and customer experience second-to-none, driving service delivery excellence while leveraging lean processes and technology in ensuring continued delivery of world class outcomes.

You drive projects independently, and report up clearly to the management team.
You have at least 5 years French payroll experience, bureau payroll experience is preferred (EOR and/or PEO experience is advantageous).
Your role You will be a subject matter expert on French and other European payroll and will have experience: End to end payroll processing in house.
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for international employees, payroll system approvals, timely payments and ensuring payroll compliance with all local, regional, and international regulations and standards.
Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to processes and systems.
Manage internal and external payroll inquiries clearly in terms a non-payroll expert can understand, providing guidance and support to other departments and clients regarding payroll-related issues.
You've done all of these things..
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll operations.
In-depth knowledge of international payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency with payroll software and systems Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
