Position: IT Support AnalystWe are looking for an IT Support Analyst for our Spanish Factories who will be responsible for the day-to-day end-user support as well as management of all Hardware, Microsoft Operating Systems, Infrastructure, and Software solutions implemented.
The position is based at the Newell Brands factory in Malgrat.
Your primary responsibility is to support the Newell Malgrat site, but you will also be involved in supporting other sites in the Spain Region.
You will also take part in IT Projects and support in the wider EMEA region.
Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day end-user support to all users globally both in-house and remote (Travelling/Home office users) for all sites together with a team based at different office locations in EMEA.Be the first point of contact for our site of Malgrat (Factory).Be the second point of contact for sites in Sant Cugat (Office) and Sagunto (Factory).Install/Configure/Manage/Maintain the local Client infrastructure: desktops, laptops, printers, and mobiles according to the Newell Brands IT standards.Manage/maintain the local server infrastructure according to the Newell Brands standards in coordination with the other Teams Globally.Manage/maintain Local Telephone infrastructure support.Manage/maintain Local Area Network infrastructure support in collaboration with the Network Services team.Manage/maintain Mobile phones for Spain entities.Take part in global IT projects and initiatives.Your Profile:Knowledge of industrial environment (Scada, RFID, Citec, etc.
).Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VLAN.Applications: VPN, Office 365 Enterprise Suite, MECM, Infoblox, CyberArk, Orion or willingness to learn these tools.Strong communication skills.
