Your FinTech adventure begins here!What do we want to achieve together?Procure, deploy, and manage company and team laptops and equipment inventory.Develop and implement standardized processes for asset management, including tracking and maintenance schedules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs and recommend suitable solutions.Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of IT equipment and services.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user issues.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for IT asset management and data security.Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of internal software systems.Monitor system performance for optimization opportunities.What do you need to be successful in this role?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.+ 3 years of IT management experience, emphasizing asset and software management.Proficiency in hardware/software configuration and troubleshooting.Solid experience with MDM, VPN, Firewall...Microsoft Certification is highly appreciated.Familiarity with Google Workspace.Familiarity with asset management tools and data security standards.Strong communication and project management skills.Fluent in English; other languages (Spanish, Italian...) are a plus.Desired experience in a scale/large company with multiple sites.What will you find working at INFINIT?- Flexibility and Ownership: We trust our team and we are goal-oriented.
