IT Solutions Architect PMDescription -Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Solutions Architect/Project Manager to join our CoE team at Industrial Printing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions in collaboration with IT and business teams, driving process and technology enhancements across multiple platforms, and coordinating end-to-end system and process changes.
Additionally, this role will provide critical support to our software development team in sprint and release organization, global requirement alignment, and the establishment of best practices.The candidate will also play a key role in driving or supporting cross-team initiatives related to automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Intelligence (BI), and analytics.
The technology landscape for this role includes MS Dynamics CRM, an internally developed CPQ system (Configure Price Quote), and other applications that support Quote to Cash processes, including ERPs.Key Responsibilities:Solution Architecture: Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and build technical solutions that meet the organization's needs, leveraging technology platforms including MS Dynamics CRM, an internally developed CPQ system, and other supporting applications.Process and Technology Rollouts: Lead the deployment of new processes and technologies across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to existing operations.End-to-End Coordination: Oversee and coordinate changes in systems and processes from conception to implementation, addressing any challenges or obstacles that may arise along the way.Software Development Support: Work closely with the software development team to organize sprints, prioritize changes, and facilitate global requirement alignment discussions.
Establish and share best practices to enhance team efficiency.Cross-Team Initiatives: Drive or support initiatives related to automation, RPA, BI, and analytics.
