Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project progress, milestones, and any potential issues.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of developers, ensuring they have clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into clear project requirements and specifications.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee testing activities to ensure that software solutions meet quality standards and comply with client requirements.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Software IT Project Manager, preferably in the automation sector.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; Spanish, and German language skills is a plus.
