Within the IT Support Team of BU Home Solutions we are looking for an IT Service Manager. In this role you are the central point of communication between the TKE Global Service Providers and your colleagues working in the different legal entities of Home Solutions.
Responsibilities:
Nurture the relationship between the employees of BU Home Solutions, our external IT Support partners and the TKE IT Service Providers.Represent the BU in the monthly service management meetings with TKE Global Support partnersManage the software licenses for central applications used in the BU and align with TKE Software Management TeamAnalyse, improve and test the functionalities and upgrades of our Service Management Application (ServiceNow)Create dashboards and reports in ServiceNow in order to support the Application Support TeamAlign with the central Service Management team on global ITSM processesInitiate escalations to the central Service Management team in case the agreed SLA's are not being achievedMaintain the IT Service Catalogue for BU Home SolutionsOrganize the monthly Project and Service Management meetings with the countriesCreate training material for internal and external employees on Service Management tools and processCreate procedures and documentation for the vendors which are supporting our template applicationsSupport Microsoft 365 / Azure AD for BU Home usersCreate Newsletters / Bulletins in order to communicate the Governance process to the countriesAlign with the different stakeholders related to IT Service ManagementRequirements:
You have an University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or an equivalent degreeYou have excellent communication skillsYou speak fluent English; other languages would be beneficialYou are a Team playerYou have knowledge and experience in working with the ITIL Framework What would make you stand out among other candidates?
