In this exciting role you will be instrumental in delivering the full technology services that enable ZGEBS to deliver on business goals, including but not limited to infrastructure / production system availability, core system development / enhancement and strategic digital transformation. The role requires working closely with the business to understand their needs and helping to structure pragmatic technology solutions.
Your RoleAs an IT Service Delivery Lead your main responsibilities will involve: Plan, manage and deliver the IT demands of the business, including infrastructure, production, network, workplace, application support and core systems development in accordance with best practice IT management.Investigate and resolve technical issues – engaging effectively with relevant Zurich IT functions / business partners. Resolving production platform queries/errors and ensuring technological problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.Monitor systems availability/performance and take adequate actions for problem prevention improving the quality of the IT service output and performance.Engage with business to analyze, define, and produce detailed business/customer requirements in collaboration with subject matter experts that can be developed through the change mgmt. cycle (e.g. Jira specifications).Contribute to planning and management of IT change demand and delivery, including product backlog reviews, requirements elaboration, prioritization and release planning / mgmt.Validate solution specifications and perform quality reviews on solutions, including user acceptance testing in collaboration with business and system test teams.Identify and evaluate specific technology opportunities to enhance business efficiency and/or customer service.Lead the technical design and delivery of the IT change agenda.Analyze key themes from data around risks and loss to identify how different scenarios may.Contribute to the development of processes and policies aligned to global standards that support global, regional, or local needs.Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships across the organization to ensure effective relationships and achieve engagement to change.Your Skills and ExperienceAs an IT Service Delivery Lead your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.5+ years of relevant IT delivery / change mgmt. experience in corporate environment, preferably in insurance industry.Solid experience in IT systems analysis, change mgmt. and digital transformation projects in complex business / IT environments.Hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics technologies, SAP, Jira and Business intelligence tools.Self-motivated with an affinity to explore of new technologies and solutions.Strong problem solving, collaboration, communication, senior mgmt. presentation, and stakeholder mgmt. skills.Good command of both written and spoken English.What We Offer?As well as a competitive salary and a yearly bonus we offer: Option to work remotely within Spain even up to 100% - you choose; with option to work abroad up to 25 days yearly.Over 300 euros net to set up your home office and additional monthly home office allowance.Wide range of internal and external trainings, including free English, German and Spanish classes depending on the needs.Ticket restaurant or flexibility to exchange it for other benefits.Life, accident, and Health Insurance.Collective Life Retirement Plan.2000 referral bonus if you bring other talented people like you.Special banking and insurance conditions plus Exclusive Employees discounts.Functional diversity benefits.Events: summer and Christmas party, different activities like hiking, investment, beach volley club and many more.No dress code.Primary work location is Barcelona, Poblenou.
