Initiate and participate in the incident management process as needed.* Ensure that user hardware is proactively managed to ensure reliable performance and alignment with depreciation timings.* Provide support to the starters, movers, and leavers processes and ensure the business is engaged with the necessary processes to control risk and service levels.* Ensure that adequate licencing is in place for technology and services used in the business and that correct records are maintained.* Engage users in security awareness training in conjunction with the IS Security Manager, being an advocate for adherence to best practices and ABF policy.* Represent the business within the division as part of the extended IT community and potentially also represent the division in ABF forums.
