Reporting to the IT EMEA Apps Director, the Salesforce Solution Architect EMEA will be a key business partner contributor to deliver CRM execution in EMEA for Customer Care/Field Service & Commercial processes.
The Salesforce Solution Architect EMEA is an IT improvement role for business processes and IT internally. This role helps guide businesses to improve efficiency in Salesforce. He/she will elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges and produce data-driven solutions.
Main Responsibilities: Collect all business needs/requirements.Implement changes/parametrization in Salesforce platform.Support testing processes for the business.Test IT solutions to ensure quality before delivery to business.Add expertise and support to Customer Care/Field Service/Commercial departments on their requirements and processes to innovate and increase productivity with Salesforce.Provide Salesforce training to the business when required.Implement Salesforce solutions as a Salesforce Solution Architect for enhancements or projects as needed.Identify issues or trends and bring them to the attention of IT management.Escalate records for review to the supervisor or other appropriate staff members.Requirements: Technical University Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Expert with 3-5 years in Salesforce as Admin role/Solution Architect.Full Life Cycle SFDC implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and others.Proven experience in an IT business-facing role; pharma industry experience is a plus.Organized, focused, conscientious self-starter who learns details of new systems quickly and exercises good judgment in data-related decisions.
