We welcome applicants from within Europe, and the role has the flexibility to be based in any European country. This is a strategic project manager role, working on business transformation, specializing in ERP projects and management of the ERP team including implementation of associated projects. The role involves managing team members to provide effective and timely project implementation, driving continuous improvement to business processes and results. The role is hybrid and will include a mixture of work locations, which also includes working from home.The post requires 25% travel to other Berry sites, which will include overseas travel within Europe and globally.Qualifications:Excellent project management experience required.BSC degree in Business or other related field, plus equivalent experience.Formal systems education/training required.Thorough knowledge of user functions.Minimum 5-10 years business process experience.Prior experience with manufacturing software required.Excellent problem solving, organizational, and communications skills.Able to work with users at any level in the corporation.Desire to continue technology education and learning.Must have excellent level of spoken/written English. Other language skills are not essential but advantageous.Responsibilities:Manage ERP functional team in conducting ERP conversions within deadlines.Manage ERP functional team for effective IT support.Effectively develop and mentor ERP team members.Focus on system process improvements.Evaluate and make recommendations on new software/processes.Direct preparation of required documentation.Effectively serve as Project Lead on special projects.Direct programmers on development needs.Ability to travel to other Berry locations.
