Capitole Consulting keeps growing and we want to do it with you!As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a ServiceNow Consolidation project from initiation to closure, ensuring the successful delivery of a new ServiceNow platform and migration of all users within scope, budget, and schedule. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop project plans, and execute project activities to achieve business goals. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Experience Required:Proven experience as an IT Project Manager managing ServiceNowProficiency in portfolio management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.Worked in a fast-paced Retail environmentExperience working with global teamsProven experience using MS Excel and other tools to structure analysis and MS PowerPoint and others to present complex findings preferably with PM certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)Excellent English (C1 Level).TasksLead the planning, execution, and closure of the ServiceNow Consolidation project, adhering to project management methodologies and best practices.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and project sponsors.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to guide project execution and monitor progress.Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and priorities.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to stakeholders, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team members, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure project success.Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process improvement.Conditions:Location: This is a full-remote position, but the client prefers candidates living in Madrid for occasional office visits and teamwork.WHY CAPITOLE?We are great, but with you we will be even more so!
