We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across the organization.Create and maintain project management templates, tools, and resources, including project plans, status reports, risk management plans, and change management plans.Oversee the project portfolio and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.Manage project prioritization and resource allocation, balancing competing demands for resources and ensuring optimal project outcomes.Monitor project status and progress, identifying issues and risks, and developing mitigation plans as needed.Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, functional managers, and customers.Support the development of project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Provide regular updates on project performance to senior management and other stakeholders.EXPERIENCE3 - 5 years of experience in project management in the software industry.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field of study.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEExperience working with IT projects End to End.Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make decisions.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.High level of English.OTHER INFORMATIONAvailability to travel (Occasionally)LANGUAGESSpanish
