Ensures the achievement of the objectives scheduled by the Business Unit.
Coordinate Software Implant, Teach Software to technicians, investigate competitors, develop documentation for public tender, detect software improvement related to customers needs.
Key Accountabilities
Drives product launches: brings new products to market by analyzing the market share and by positioning them among competition; establishing time schedules, providing proposals of added value and publications.
Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product and strategies to competitors' ones.
Train the consultants in the different products and ensure that it is given adequate support.
Provides the sales team with strategies and arguments to counteract competition actions and/or clients' cons.
Designs and provides marketing materials: flyers, leaflets, catalogues.
Maintains up-to-date all product related documentation: IFUs, MSDS and technical files of reagents and instruments.
Maintains up-to-date the database (SAP) in order to get reliable profitability data (ZGM/ZGPs).
Maintains up-to-date the Lotus database and the company's webpage.
Organizes and attends to educational workshops, congresses, scientific lectures and other venues.
Promotes scientific/clinical studies in order to generate peer-reviewed data of products.
Participates in filling in/writing the technical specifications data forms of tenders.
Collaborates with the Logistic dept. to manage any product related issue: facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels of instruments and reagents, provides stock forecast, back orders.
Contacts with Suppliers regarding product issues, incidences and updates. Attends to follow up meetings and Distributor meetings/courses.
Assesses product market data by being in contact with KOLs and assesses salespeople at clients' site visits.
Plays tuition to all salespeople (AM's, GA's, KAM's and TCE's).
Takes the role of the Product Specialist in the product lines where there does not exist this figure.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
IT Engineering or similar technical background
Minimum 5 year experience in IVD sector
English-spoken
Knowledge and experience in Laboratory Data Management systems Valuable.
MBA valuable
