It Operations Manager Europe

Overview:The IT Operations Manager is responsible for the supervision, technical development, and guidance of the ServiceDesk and End User Computing teams within the EMEA region.
This role manages the day-to-day activities of the corporate offices, geographically distributed End User Computing team, and end-user devices across all warehouses.
In addition, the IT Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient level of IT Service and Support is provided for all IT-related issues or problems.
Their responsibilities include managing team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during support hours, preparing reports on team workloads, budgets, working with hardware/software resellers, vendors, and issue resolution metrics.
This person will create and maintain documentation for systems and procedures, perform asset management, maintain hardware inventory, and track software licenses for all end-users and end-user equipment.Qualifications:Responsibilities: #J-18808-Ljbffr
