Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd line support. Address various tickets throughout the day, providing sympathetic and pragmatic solutions with a strong sense of customer service. Keep track of spare items in stock and provide weekly updates on stock levels. Help users with their problems and requests, putting a smile on their faces. Analyse errors, maintain hardware, set up/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory. Log your approach and solutions to problems in a ticketing system. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of two to three (2-3) years with direct PC and Laptop Hardware Service experience.
