WorldITFinder, a leader in IT segment selection, recruitment, and headhunting, is looking on behalf of its primary client to fill the following position: The candidate, reporting directly to the General Management, will be the IT contact person both internally at headquarters (for setting up tools, databases and processes) and externally at network level (to develop projects and provide web/e-commerce services to member companies, which do business in the construction sector nationwide).In particular, you will be responsible for the following activities:Monitoring the company's existing IT systems, planning and developing possible optimisation and improvement measures;Developing new internal IT projects: planning, implementation and monitoring, ensuring compliance with the established timeframes, budgets and objectives;Develop new IT projects for the development of information flow management at external network level, interfacing with partner and supplier references for operational implementation;Manage the set-up of web and e-commerce systems for the network of member companies, in collaboration with external suppliers/partners and the Marketing & Communication Area;Manage relations with external IT partners/suppliers both at contractual level (interfacing with Management) and at operational level (for compliance with the conditions defined in the contract);Automate internal workflows;Set up a reporting system for management and the various company functions;Verify the proper management of the company's databases and supervise their maintenance, training the personnel who feed or use them;Set up an effective archiving and sharing system;Draw up procedures for using software and databases;Set up a proper cyber security system and access level system to ensure confidentiality of information;Analysing the financial/human resource requirements for budgeting the IT Area and proposing it to Management;Manage the human resources of the IT team, taking care of activity planning and ongoing training;Coordinating the training of company staff in procedures and the use of the IT infrastructure;Supporting the various company functions on a technical level with the aim of being the company's point of reference for hardware and software and the entire IT infrastructure (servers, cloud, etc.).Ideal profile:IT Diploma and/or Degree in the field of Computer Science, with excellent curriculum vitae;Previous experience in the role, gained within modern organised companies or consultancy firms;Previous experience in the implementation and use of BI and CRM systems;Experience in managing large volumes of data or databases;The ideal candidate will be able to set up a system of data collection from both external suppliers/members and internal data entry;Knowledge of SQL and Python programming languages will be considered preferential;Problem solving skills, analytical thinking and excellent management and communication skills;Excellent knowledge of the English language;Willingness to undertake sporadic and, in any case, brief assignments within the Spanish territory.
