We are recruiting for Local IT Systems Administrator based in MADRID Office.The Local IT Systems Administrator is responsible for administration and management of company IT infrastructure, which includes: servers, client devices, Active Directory, Office 365 and other cloudplatforms and everything in scope of "User Support and Services" IT function.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Administer and manage Windows-based platforms including Workstations and MicrosoftWindows servers, Active Directory, Group Policy and Office 365 cloud services• Onboarding new employees including imaging new workstations utilizing Microsoft SCCM• Serve as escalation point for L2 end user issues• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors• Administer and manage Hardware Asset Management solution• Partner with the IT Management team and participate in IT infrastructure projects• Complete project tasks timely and communicate progress or issues• Understand open problems / issues and communicate workarounds• Create and maintain technical documentation• Utilize ticket tracking system to document all support incidents, problems, and request• Report metrics and KPIs• ITIL based Incident life cycle management and Change management• Others, in scope of "User Support and Services" IT function.• Support and monitoring of company IT infrastructure, which includes client devices, networkand peripheral devices, servers and reporting alarmsQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:• Fluent in Spanish and English• Customer relationship development and influencing skills• Excellent written communication skills with corporate etiquette• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills and autonomy.• Capability to self-motivate, work independently and taking ownership of job responsibilities.• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.• A strong working knowledge of ITIL Request, Incident, Problem and Change Managementdisciplines• Hardware/Software/OS troubleshooting• Understanding protocols and services including IPv4, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.• Good understanding of network hardware management including cisco hardware.• Strong understanding of user authentication, Single Sign On (SSO), permissions, andencryption.• Active Directory User Management including Group Policy Management, NTFS Permissions.• Strong knowledge of VPN configuration and usage• Strong knowledge of printers and printer management configuration• Good knowledge of client endpoint protection products• Microsoft cloud (Azure, Office 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange online) or other cloudproducts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
