After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.We are looking for an IT Intern with a passion for technology and the hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical team members.
A solid understanding of hardware, software, networks, and information management systems is required.
You should be comfortable multitasking and supporting various departments with their daily technological needs.Requirements:Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networks, and computer hardware/software configuration.Familiarity with hardware and software technical support : maintenance, repair, and upgrade of devices such as computers, printers, and other tech equipment.Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection .Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of collaboration tools such as Google Workspace .Experience with hospitality management software such as Property Management Systems (PMS), booking systems, and other platforms used in the hotel industry is a plus.Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork orientation, and a solutions-driven attitude.What we offer:Financial stipend provided
